Working alongside Cottee Parker, Arterra Interactive brings and reimagines Victoria Barracks a conceptual civic future to life—translating ideas around heritage, public access, and urban renewal into something people can actually see and feel.

Informed by the City of Sydney’s Guiding Principles, and championed by Councillor Zann Maxwell, this animation is a great example of how 3D visualisation can communicate bigger picture, making it easier for stakeholders and the public to engage with what’s possible.
