We are seeking an exceptional Senior 3D Visualisation Artist. This remote role requires strong expertise in architectural visualisation, including animation, lighting, rendering, and texturing. You will create high-quality, photo-realistic 3D visualisations and animations for large-scale masterplans and architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in animation, lighting, rendering, and texturing techniques.

Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural visualisation and animation, with proven expertise in lighting, rendering, texturing, and animation.
Strong proficiency in 3Ds Max, Vray, and Photoshop, with a focus on realistic lighting, materials, textures, and animation.
Proven ability to create high-quality animations that effectively communicate architectural and urban concepts.
Solid understanding of architectural drawings and the ability to translate them into high-quality visual representations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

We are looking for a Lead Visualisation Artist to join our senior creative team—a hybrid role blending the excellence of a Senior 3D Artist with the visionary leadership of a Creative Director. You will take ownership of the visual direction, storytelling, and delivery of high-impact 3D visualisation projects, ensuring creative quality, team mentorship, and production efficiency.
You are not only a master of lighting, composition, and storytelling—but also a confident communicator who leads client relationships with authority, makes decisive calls under pressure, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative direction of 3D visualisation projects from concept to final delivery.
Develop visual narratives through strong composition, lighting, camera work, and rendering.
Create storyboards and animatics to communicate ideas and storytelling sequences.
Present compelling visual concepts to clients and guide them toward high-quality outcomes.
Set up cinematic camera views and lighting scenarios that enhance realism and mood.
Use real-time tools (e.g. Chaos Vantage) and HDRI workflows to optimise quality and efficiency.
Lead client meetings with confidence; clearly articulate and defend creative decisions.
Provide expert guidance while managing client expectations and educating where needed.
Mentor junior and mid-level artists, assigning tasks strategically to support their growth.
Delegate executional tasks effectively to focus on high-level creative leadership.
Ensure visual quality and consistency across all deliverables through regular reviews and feedback.
Balance quality, budget, and time constraints to maintain production efficiency.
Drive progress proactively—make informed decisions without waiting on full design details.
Collaborate closely with project managers while maintaining ownership of creative outcomes.
Maintain professionalism, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset under pressure.
Skills & Experience
10+ years in architectural visualisation, 3D design, or interactive media.
Degree or certification in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality visualisation, animation, or interactive projects.
Proficient in 3ds Max, Maya, V-Ray, Unreal Engine, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, photo-realism, and cinematic composition.
Experienced in client-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Skilled in setting and maintaining creative vision aligned with project and client goals.
Confident in making high-impact decisions under pressure.
Strong mentoring and delegation abilities with a focus on team growth and productivity.
Takes ownership of creative output, team morale, and delivery quality.
Champions innovation and integrates new tools and workflows (e.g. real-time rendering).
Builds strong collaborative relationships across teams and disciplines.
