Arterra Interactive partnered with Property and Development NSW to deliver a 3D animation supporting the revitalisation of the Coffs Harbour Jetty Foreshore Precinct.

The animation was a key tool in the public exhibition of the planning proposal, helping the community visualise the potential transformation of this culturally significant site on Gumbaynggirr Country.

Developed in close collaboration with the NSW team, the animation supported meaningful community engagement by bringing the precinct’s shared vision to life—grounded in local culture, connection to Country, and long-term community benefit.
