Arterra Interactive delivered a 3D film for Horowhenua District Council, visualising the future of Levin Town Centre through cinematic 3D animation, CGI rendering, drone filming, photography, and digital modelling.

Working closely with the council team, local stakeholders, and the community, Arterra Interactive developed the first-ever digital twin of Levin to bring the town centre vision to life with accuracy, context, and atmosphere.

The project also included AI-generated visuals, professional editing, and post-production, with month-long support and communication to assist public engagement. Interactive VR is coming soon.
